The food ordered too a long time to be delivered and when it arrived, the delivery company hid it under a bushel but left no notice of the delivery. We only found the box at least 3 weeks after when it would have been delivered. I am so disappointed with the service and lack of communication that I am requesting a refund. The food is not cheap. The customer service needs to match up.
Good food. Service needs improvement. Would have been a 5 star if customer service was great.
This beef is so nice, and the quantity/portions are enormous. Very tasty. Hot but not too hot. Just perfect.
