Classic Eforiro soup stew, complete with assorted meat (smoked turkey, shaki, cowfoot). Made with traditional 'Lagos Spinach' (Soko) leaves in a sweet, peppered sauce.
Ingredients: Soko, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, onions, locust beans (iru), palm oil, seasoning (contains shrimp, fish), protein of choice
Allergens: Shrimp, Fish.

Food was mediocre at best. Order was partially delivered over two weeks after I am still awaiting a refund
Nice but does not look like itge efo in the picture. No prawns, no beaf, was full of Shaki, cow foot and turkey
This was honestly a life saver for me. I m often too tired and too busy to meal prep and this ensures I’m eating well but without the hassle. The food was great. I would give you my money every month.
Really tasty but let down by cheap cuts of tripe and cow foot. Very little beef. So not great value for money.
